Currently, we are seeking an International Business Manager to find opportunities and seal deals in Europe

Your responsibilities as a International Business Manager

As International Business Manager at SWARCO Peek Traffic, you are responsible for the business growth and success of your region. For this, you manage a network of B2B partners, identify new opportunities, and nurture these opportunities into deals. You will be supported by a professional and ambitious team of Product Experts, Sales Operations and Solution Managers. Amongst others, the primary tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Create account- and sales plans
  • Coordinate and execute sales and bid activities
  • Win deals
  • Find new business partners
  • Regular visits with end customers, consultants, etc. to maintain positive working relationships and education on product offering
  • Work closely with marketing and product management to help regional messaging and new product acceptance
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and follow up with key decision makers
  • Evaluate sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Review market to determine customer needs, sales potential, pricing, and competition

Your skills as a International Business Manager

You are highly driven and motivated by Sales and love the ITS industry. In addition you have:

  • 5-10 years working knowledge and experience with the Intelligent Transportation Systems industry
  • Strong leadership skills, high energy, team-oriented, self-starter with high sense of urgency
  • Experience with B2B2G pre-sales and sales activities
  • Works with minimal direction, proactively promotes an open flow of information up, down and across the organization so that all concerned are well informed
  • Strong sense for cultural differences and experience with working internationally
  • Strong English skills
  • An interest in technology (both hard- and software)
  • Preferably experience with software (SaaS) sales
